The hotel was deluxe, as you can expect from Cesky Krumlov. We had a deluxe queen room with climate control, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, and a work desk. The location was great, adjacent to downtown and only a 5-minute walk away. There were plenty of options for good food nearby.

All of the staff were superfriendly, affable. The property was in the center of the city.

The hotel location was great, being near the town center. The room furnishings were lovely, but unfortunately, they were too small. The breakfasts were nice and tasty, which is a plus. However, room service was poor and there were no refills of toiletries.

The room was available earlier than expected and the dinner at the hotel restaurant was perfectly prepared.

We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast which was both nice and tasty. the hotel had a key location which made it easy to access tourist sites and other activities. We also appreciated the friendly attitude of the hotel staff.

The bed was quite uncomfortable which had an impact on our sleep quality. the bathroom was small and lacked storage space, which made it difficult to organize our belongings.
